Dear Sacramento Cat Hospital friends,
 

These are stressful times for all, and the last thing you need is to worry about your pet’s health while we navigate through the current health threat of COVID-19. We will continue to be open for our normal business hours during this time. 

Now Offering Curbside Concierge Service

We have implemented a curbside check-in and check-out service to help limit our direct contact with the public for the safety of our valued clients, and our staff. This means that you will call 916-488-4161 upon your arrival, and we will send a team member to retrieve your cat from your car and bring your pet inside and/or to bring you your items for purchase.  If you don’t have a phone, please knock on our front door and we will assist you. Please bring your cat safely restrained in a carrier.

For scheduled while-you-wait appointments, we will send a staff member out to your car to discuss your cat's recent history and the findings.  
 

If you prefer not to wait, you may also drop your cat off with us. Our veterinarians will examine your pet and we’ll contact you when your pet is ready to go home. To use this option, please call ahead for availability. Think of this as a VIP valet service for your cat!
 

Free Shipping for Prescriptions

To limit potential exposure during this time, we are also currently waiving our mailing fee for prescriptions. Please call us in advance to allow time for our staff to fill the medications, and for the mail to deliver them.

Important: If you are feeling at all unwell or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please see if you can arrange for someone else to bring your pet in or call us at 916-488-4161 to discuss other options.
